If you have printed out the registration form and still have not submitted it, please contact the Co-Chair Mary Lynn Williscroft (email is below) as we have very limited spaces available. The form has been taken down so if you are interested in being on the wait list, you will need to contact the co-chair as well.
The registration form has now been removed from our website due to limited spaces that are now available for our July 30, 2016 event. If you are interested, please contact the Co-chair Mary Lynn Pickering at email@example.com
Once all 100 spaces are full, we will begin to create a wait list. Please keep in mind that very few spaces are filled through the wait list and in most situations it is very last minute that cancellations come through. Therefore the committee utilizes the wait list one or two days before the event in almost all situations. Thank you.
If you would like to demonstrate how you make your art on the day of the event, please let us know. The first page of the registration form has a section to fill out and send in. By being a demo artist, you will receive extra advertisement via the website, newspapers, brochure and the radio. We accept a limited number of demo artists each year so please let us know asap.
